Information: Released on the same day as Elvis' Christmas Album (RCA LOC-1035), Elvis Sings Christmas Songs featured four songs from side 1 of the LP and a cropped version of its cover photograph. The EP was #2 on Billboard's EP chart for seven weeks. (Jailhouse Rock held down the number one position during that stretch). In 1959 Elvis Sings Christmas Songs again surfaced on the EP chart, this time reaching number one for two weeks. |
