ELVIS 100% and BAIXA-CHIADO PT BLUESTATION HAVE PRESENTED AN ELVIS EXHIBITION and a PERFORMANCE BY FRANCISCO PEÇAS - 04/08/2012

Zé Pedro, of the Portuguese band Xutos e Pontapés, who has been the godfather of the cultural agenda of all events presented by Baixa-Chiado PT Bluestation, at the Lisbon subway station of Baixa-Chiado, during August, suggested to dedicate the first week of the month to the 50's. As it is the 35th Anniversary since Elvis' passing, this company has contacted Elvis 100% to, in a joint initiative, mark this date. It was two initiatives rolled into one: an exhibition with Elvis items allusive to the 50's and a live performance by the Elvis tribute artist, Francisco Peças. We leave you here with some photos taken on this day, presenting our apologies for the fact that not all the present members have been captured. We thank all of you that were present!

  

Legend: The banner advertising Elvis 100% was also in exhibition during 5th August, since another iniative took place, with the goal of inviting the passersby to sing an Elvis song, for the effect using a wig and glasses "à la Elvis" and the help of a karaoke.
