Fans from all over the world mark the anniversary over the disappearance of the king of rock.
Elvis Presley died precisely 30 years ago. All over the world, around 600 fan clubs and 85 thousand followers mark, this Thursday, the 30th anniversary over the disappearance of the king of rock.
This Saturday there is a gathering at Montijo and the Cinemateca in Lisbon will exhibit, soon, a movie cycle of the singer and actor, in partnership with the Fan Club Elvis 100%.
According to the Forbes magazine, Elvis generates more richness today than in the latter years of his career.
Meanwhile, also to mark the 30 years over the artist death, his daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, recorded a video in which she sings in a virtual duet with her father the classic In the Ghetto. The profits from this theme will be channeled for the building of temporary shelters for the homeless North American during the Katrina hurricane, in 2005.
