Information:
Although credited as a Lennon-McCartney tune, Get Back was actually written by Paul McCartney alone. The Beatles with Billy Preston reached number one (for five weeks) on the Hot 100 chart with Get Back (Apple 2490) in 1969. It was the first Beatle record to credit another artist on the label. In the 1970 film Let It Be, Get Back was sung by The Beatles on the roof of the Apple studios in London. 

At live performances in the 1970’s, Elvis sometimes sang Get Back in a medley with Little Sister. The performance on the Elvis Aron Presley boxed set was recorded at the International Hotel in Las Vegas on August 13, 1970. The background music we hear is precisely that one.
