Elvis recorded I’ve Lost You on June 4, 1970, at RCA’s Nashville studios. The single release had a nine-week stay on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, peaking at # 32. On the country and Easy-Listening charts I’ve Lost You reached # 57 and # 5, respectively. Sales reportedly exceeded on million copies. Elvis sang I’ve Lost You in his 1970 documentary, Elvis – That’s The Way It Is. That performance was filmed on August 13, 1970, at the International Hotel in Las Vegas.
