Information:

Wear My Ring Around Your Neck entered Billboard's Top 100 chart at the #7 position in April 1958 - the highest entry position of any Presley single. It eventually peaked at #3 and stayed on the chart for 15 weeks. All I Have to Do is Dream by the Everly Brothers and Witch Doctor by David Seville kept Wear My Ring Around Your Neck from reaching the top spot. The song also reached #3 on the Country Best-Seller chart and #7 on the rhythm & blues chart. Written by Bert Carroll and Russell Moody, Wear My Ring Around Your Neck was recorded by Elvis on February 1, 1958, at Radio Recorders. Take #22 was selected by RCA for release. Advance orders for the recorded exceeded one million. Rock star Bruce Springsteen formerly ended his concerts with Wear My Ring Around Your Neck.
