Elvis cantou Trouble no seu filme de 1958, King Creole. A canção, que foi escrita por Jerry Leiber e Mike Stoller, foi gravada em 15 de janeiro de 1958, no Radio Recorders. O take 5 foi o lançado. Elvis também cantou Trouble no seu especial televisivo de 1968, num medley com Guitar Man. A faixa instrumental para essa versão foi gravada em 20 ou 21 de junho de 1968, no Western Recorders de Hollywood. A voz de Elvis foi gravada a 19 ou a 10 de junho. O título original da canção era I'm Evil.

 

Trouble foi gravada pelos Osmonds no seu LP de 1970, The Osmonds Live (MGM SE4826).
